John is also rolling around like a champ. He’s started rolling over in this crib, too, in fact last night was the first time he’d done it during the night and woke up to a panicked baby not knowing what was going on and why he was on his stomach. He settled straight back to sleep when I turned him over. He’s trying to copy his big sister in many things. Yesterday she was jumping on the bed (okay, so she’s not supposed to do that) and every time she’d jump up, he’d lift one foot up and stamp it down, then lift the other foot up and stamp it down (he was standing up holding on to my fingers). I was quite amazed that he was copying that.
John has also found his voice and “talks” all day long – I’m surprised he hasn’t lost his voice yet. He just squawks and squawks and yells and yells, then blows some bubbles, and talks so more. Whether he’s in your arms, on the floor, in the carseat, in the pram – if he’s awake, he’s talking. So the below pictures (which I love) shows him with his mouth open as it's open all the time now!
