After missing out on even a drop of snow in Wisconsin for two weeks, the kids were ecstatic to be able to run around outside and soak up the sunshine. Especially John - this kid needs to RUN! The first full day we were at the Beach House they spent 6 hours down on the sand. LOVE!
Low tide is always a favorite for all of us. We must go explore all the rocks and tidepools - always hoping to find a starfish (which we did).
And here's the starfish. Yes, we let the kids "play" with her (she was named Sandy) for a short while before we walked her back to the tidepools and placed her on a rock.
