Our local park provides lots of entertainment - a great playground, BBQ facilities, a bridge that is oh-so-much-fun to walk across (if you're 20 months old), several ponds strung together and DUCKS! They are some the best-fed ducks in the world and there are often times when they don't even come near you as they just aren't hungry. Sydney is getting a bit braver and bolder when it comes to feeding them (and they aren't shy), however, there is a time when they get a bit too close!
How mean is Mommy to take the time to snap a photo before 'rescuing' her little girl.
In my attempt to be artistic, we climbed up some rocks by the waterfall (a new word for the vocab list) and I took about 20 shots trying to get her to actually look at me and not the water - this is the best one I got; I think it's pretty cute. She decided at one point to try and find the baby in her tummy, so we've got a nice photo with her shirt lifted up and the hands on the tummy looking for 'baby'.
