So without further ado, here are the latest pictures from this week:
Halloween isn't really a "big thing" down in Australia, but each year its getting bigger. Our neighborhood threw a Halloween Party in the park and it was packed - I had no idea there were that many kids in our neighborhood (since we rarely see them out and about). The kids loved dressing up and trick-or-treating for tokens that were then traded in for candy.

Sunday was Rich's birthday, and yeah, I didn't get one picture of him or him & the kids on his big day. As he said, the older you get, the less hooplah everyone throws! The kids had a blast playing with Cousin Oliver, who each time we see him, gets more and more interactive and excited.
Here's Ollie playing iPad - yes, the kids is 13 months old, and can completely control the iPad. John was just itching to "help" him, but realized very quickly that Ollie didn't need any help. Ah, the kids of the 21st Century.
Sydney and John are truly Best Friends - its so wonderful. Of course they argue and fit and pinch and tease and everything else that brothers and sisters do to each other, but at the end of the day, they are best friends. Its not uncommon for us to go up to bed, check on them and find them in bed together. This is how they were sleeping the other night - I was only able to click on picture (and not a great one) because as soon as the flash went off, Sydney opened and I, said "Moooo-m" and rolled over to the other side.
Unfortunately about 4 hours later, yeah, that would be about 2am, John fell out of bed (and if you've seen Sydney's bed, you'd know this is quite a large fall) and she brought him in to us. At that point the Tasker Chinese Bed Fire Drill happened - John was in with Rich, Sydney was back in her room and I went into John's room - not quite sure how that happened, but it did.
